Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible, items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at sip@minorimatcha.com. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted. If approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect—we’ll sort it out.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take extra time for your bank to process.
