Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
🇳🇱 Netherlands:

• Free shipping on orders €35 and above.

• €3.95 shipping fee on orders below €35.
  Delivery: 1–2 business days.

🇧🇪 Belgium:

• €3.95 flat shipping fee.
  Delivery: 4–5 business days.

Shipping Partner
We work with reliable carriers like PostNL, DPD, or DHL depending on the destination.

Important
Make sure your shipping address is correct—we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. If a package is returned due to an error in the address, we will refund the order (excluding the shipping fee).
