1. General Information

This webshop is operated by Minori Matcha, based in the Netherlands. All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed after full payment is received. We accept secure payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, and others.

3. Shipping

We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
– Free shipping on orders over €35 in NL
– Flat €3.95 shipping rate for BE

4. Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible per our Refund Policy. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for any damages caused by improper use of our products or shipping delays beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text) is owned by Minori Matcha and may not be used without prior written permission.
